POWER FLOW
-1 CLASS CREDIT-

This popular flow class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. All of the classes at JW WELLNESS FITNESS STUDIO attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

This particular Aerial class helps build a strong core & flexibility foundation from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.

HIIT CARDIO
(HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING)
-2 CLASS CREDITS-

This is a class training technique which you give it all out, 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercises, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. Definitely a class which improves stamina, coordination and strength & loose calories!

Come experience your prenatal journey with our prenatal instructors; where they will teach you how to breathe properly during your pregnancy, stretch those tight or cramping muscles, bring you more balance in your body and set your focus on nurturing a mother-child connection during your period of pregnancy.

AIRFLOW RESTORATIVE YIN
-2 CLASS CREDITS-

This particular restorative class is unique by itself; where our body will experience a deeper level of relaxation & stretch using our hammocks  - a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. ... During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props & hammock, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body.

PROPS YOGA

Yoga with Props clases are designed to tone and sculpt every makor muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice while  boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights.

Ritmofight is an exciting prechoreographed cardio mixing exercise class that combine mix martial art technique with rhythmic moves. It build your muscle stronger, improve memory power and also increase your agility.

This particular class taught by our founder James on occasional basis helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises. This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform. This class is Only available on Special timing; as James travels a lot to conduct trainings. Stay Tune!

BASIC YOGA
(BEGINNER LEVEL)

A slow paced flow of yoga which synchronises your breath with basic yoga movements which main stretches areas on the back, shoulders and neck and hips. A great way to restore internal balance

CRYSTAL BOWL HEALING
(SPECIAL CLASS)
-5 CLASS CREDITS-

Crystal singing bowl meditation nearly instantly reduce stress and tension and, create a relaxed and meditative state. It is from that point where healing the mind and body can begin. Quartz crystal singing bowls enhance meditation, intuition, relaxation and bodywork. This special healing session is conducted by our founder James on occasional basis. Stay tune..
